1. Login as admin, browse all admi menu, then find plugin menu : Plugin > View all
   
2. Find "Contact Us", after that click install icon.

1. Genarete new menu (Contact Us) on the header.html (User menu)

2. Generate new page Contact Us (User page)

3. For setting plugin template at ../plugin/contact_us/template
